Processing Time

All orders are subject to order verification and quality check before dispatch. Standard order processing takes 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During new launch or peak sale periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment warehouse.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are reference only and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carrier issues, customs clearance, public holidays or bad weather events.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier system.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import tax, customs duties or brokerage fees charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs rules before placing an order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, recipient refusal or unsuccessful delivery, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.
