Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags attached.
• Underwear, sports bra and swimwear are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.
• Discounted clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Please do NOT send items back without contacting our support team first. Email [email protected] with your order number, item SKU and reason for return. Our team will reply within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives defective, wrong item or with a severe quality issue caused by our side. We do not cover the original shipping fee for voluntary returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send you a confirmation email. An approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not support direct exchange. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and create a new order.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please take clear photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
